Terms & Conditions – Playr✦

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Playr✦. Users under 16 must have parental or legal guardian consent.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account with basic information (e.g., email address). You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials.

3. Use of Service

Playr✦ is intended for personal and youth coaching purposes only. You agree not to:

• Misuse the service
• Violate applicable laws
• Copy or reverse-engineer the app

4. Intellectual Property

All content (including drills, illustrations, code, and visuals) belongs to Playr✦ or its licensors. You may not copy, reuse, or distribute any content without permission.

5. In-App Purchases

Some features may require a one-time purchase through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Prices will be clearly displayed before purchase. All payments are handled by the respective platform under their own terms.

6. Privacy and Data Handling

Your use of Playr✦ is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

7. International Data Transfers

By using Playr✦, you acknowledge that your data may be processed or stored outside your country, including in the United States. We rely on approved safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or providers certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

Playr✦ is provided "as is." We are not responsible for any injuries, data loss, or other damages that may occur during use of the app or training sessions.

10. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms periodically. Continued use of Playr✦ after such changes means you accept the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any legal disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Zurich, Switzerland.
